1) Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VetNext.ai website and services, including VetNext AI Pro (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Important Legal Disclosures (Not Affiliated With the VA)

VetNext AI Pro is a privately-owned company and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, any state Department of Veterans Affairs, or any federally chartered veterans service organization. Other organizations (including your state VA, county veterans service agency, or federally chartered VSOs) may offer assistance free of charge. You are not required to use our Service to submit a VA disability claim, and you may qualify for other veterans’ benefits beyond what is discussed on this website.

3) Education-Only Service (No Legal or Medical Advice)

Education Only. VetNext AI Pro provides plain-English educational information and AI-guided resources about VA disability claims, including general explanations of forms, processes, and evidence concepts. The Service is not legal advice, not medical advice, not VA representation, and not claim filing.

4) No VA Accreditation; No Representation; No Claim Preparation or Submission

We are not VA-accredited. None of our employees are VA-accredited agents, attorneys, VSOs, or otherwise recognized by the VA or any state Department of Veterans Affairs for the purpose of representing claimants. We do not assist with the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of VA benefit claims, and we do not prepare, sign, submit, transmit, or file claims or forms on your behalf. We do not communicate with the VA for you. Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship or representative relationship. Only VA-accredited attorneys, agents, or recognized VSOs may represent claimants before VA (see 38 C.F.R. §§ 14.626–14.627).

5) No Guarantees; Results Vary; No Processing-Time Claims

Results vary. We do not guarantee any VA rating, effective date, back pay, benefit amount, decision outcome, approval likelihood, or timeline. Your use of our Service does not and cannot affect the speed at which the VA processes claims, as processing times are determined solely by the VA. Any success rates, rating increase references, or timeline examples (if shown) are for general informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future results.

6) Your Responsibilities (Do Not Share Sensitive Information)

Do not enter VA.gov (or other government) login credentials.
Do not enter full Social Security numbers (SSNs) or other highly sensitive personal data.
Always verify important information using official VA sources and/or an accredited representative for your specific situation.
You are responsible for your claim decisions, submissions, and interactions with the VA.

7) Accounts, Security, and Access

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or security risks.

8) Subscriptions, Billing, and Fees

Some features require payment (monthly or annual subscription, or other pricing as displayed at checkout). By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the fees, taxes, and any recurring charges associated with your selected plan.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Fees are for platform access only: Any fees are solely for access to the Service and educational features, not for claims preparation, presentation, or prosecution.
Price changes: We may change pricing or plans with notice as required by law.

9) Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or as otherwise described at checkout. Cancellation stops future billing. Unless otherwise stated, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

10) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security features.
Upload malware or content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes others’ rights.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

11) User Content

You may provide inputs (text, prompts, or other materials) to the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to use User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to generate outputs you request, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

12) AI Outputs and Limitations

The Service uses AI and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Outputs are provided “as-is” for educational purposes only. You agree to independently verify important information using official VA sources and/or an accredited representative.

13) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, content, trademarks, and branding, is owned by VetNext.ai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.

14) Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

15) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetNext.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid any amounts, whichever is greater).

17) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VetNext.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

18) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or our rights. You may stop using the Service at any time.

19) Governing Law; Venue; No Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Austin, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. No arbitration.

20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” and/or provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
